Mass market pet retailer, PetSmart, threatened JW Pet with delisting unless this dog toy manufacturer created a brand identity. Research revealed the company is regarded as an innovator, holds dozens of patents and wins industry awards.
The agency created a tag line that reflects these strengths, refreshed the logo and designed new packaging. We designed and built a new website, ran new trade and consumer print campaigns and developed TV for promotions. PetSmart granted JW Pet new display, flyer and shelf space opportunities. JW Pet is now a PetSmart “Top 20 Vendor.” Based on the company’s increased value, ownership sold the business for a multiple of revenue.
